Robotic Demolition As Well As Drilling Across the UK

Tracy Robotic Demolition

Our robotic demolition machines are increasingly in demand as our customers realise that we don’t just do drilling and cutting. Our Brokk 100 machine is so small that it can be easily transported to your site where ever you are in the UK just using a standard trailer. However don’t worry, the Brokk 100 might be compact but this robotic demolition machine is powerful often described as a small machine with a huge appetite. With seven offices around the UK we can send our robotic demolition machines to your site no matter where in the UK it is located.

Eliminate the risks associated with percussive machines

By contracting National Drilling Services to carry out your demolition you will know that the operators are exposed to less risk than other traditional demolition methods. Using robotic demolition eliminates risks often incurred with percussive machines such as white finger which occurs as a result of hand-arm vibration issues.

The Brokk 100 robotic demolition machine is operated remotely so there is no actual connection to the machine or the vibrations for the operator. Using robotic demolition also means there are no damaging exhaust fumes and only minimal noise depending on the attachment being used.

Robotic demolition of various sizes to suit your site

As mentioned above the Brokk 100 robotic demolition machine is very compact, which means that it can be used in lift shafts or it can even climb stairs. Whilst it is extremely powerful for its size, sometimes where space allows and time is tight it might be more appropriate to use one of the larger units.

The larger robotic demolition machines are as powerful as traditional excavators but again without the risks highlighted above. Our trained team of operators will ensure that the best machine is selected for demolition on your development site. Not only does National Drilling Services have a range of robotic demolition machines to choose from, but there is also a selection of different interchangeable attachments each with their own particular purpose. These include:

  • Concrete milling heads
  • Loading buckets
  • Hydraulic crushing jaws
  • Powerful percussive breakers

To find out more about our range of robotic demolition machines and how they might help with your demolition project, contact the team at National Drilling Services at our head office on 0161 443 2822 or alternatively use one of the numbers above to contact one of the local offices. If you prefer you can complete the form or email us from our contact page.
